Arbonne is 28 years old this year (2008). I was introduced to it in September of 2007. It is a company that makes everyday items that we all use. Like face cleaners, lotions, vitamins, baby products and much more. A friend of mine started using it on her boys that had extremely dry skin. Than my God Daughters mom starting using it on her because she had alergic reactions to a lot of products that she used on a daily basis. It is a company that makes it's products in the USA and formulated in Switzerland. Switzerland has higher standards then the United States on what can be put into their products. So we get the best products here that are pure, safe, and beneficial. Who can argue with that.
Arbonne is a botanically based, pH correct, not balanced, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, best part never tested on animals and formulated without animal products or by products, formulated without mineral oil, dyes or chemical fragrances. This makes it pure, safe, and beneficial for just about everyone. It's vegan friendly. It started with the Intelligence line and it is still part of Arbonne today.
The not so basic line is what I use the most. There is a five step face care that is easy to use. I really like the exfoliating masque. There are some specialty items, body lotion, cleansing gel, herbal hand and foot cream (which I've fallen in love with). There is also shampoo and conditioner with a hair and scalp revitalizer from what I have heard helps people grow hair. So if you are going bald and would like to get your hair back try the combination of tea tree oil and the revitalizer to see what happens.
The beyond basics is great if you have heavy acne. It is even a reasonable price compared to all the stuff you find out there in the stores and television. It doesn't dry out your skin, it detoxes your face and improves your skin.
There is the anti aging line. It covers sunscreen, facial care for men and women. There is before and after sun care, self tanner, after sun lotion, and even a chapstick with spf of 30. I cannot wait to put it to the test this summer at the beach. The RE9 is another facial cleanser system Arbonne has for the older generation. It has the most anti aging elements than any other product out there, you only need 2 to call it anti aging product. It even costs less than those famous ones you get at the major department stores. It also covers lotion, body wash, lift, masque, scrub, body serum, and a few new items that came out in Feb 2008 that I am still learning about. The mens line has an exfoliating wash, shave gel, toner, and sunscreen.
We cannot forget about the ABC baby line. I've heard nothing but good things about these products from my friends that have children. The hair and body wash gets rid of cradel cap and softens the skin. There is a lotion, diaper rash cream, sunscreen of spf 30 and a body oil that my friends just love what it does to their childrens super dry skin. So if you know anyone that is having a baby soon, this would make a great gift. There has been a lot of stories in the news lately on how the baby products on the market are harmful to our children. We all want to protect our children and give them a better life than what we had, so why not start here.
There is a neat product called phyto prolief and prolief. These are great for women to help with menopause and the before and after of menopause. It is a balancing cream that can help with people who have bad cramps and other PMS symptoms would use the prolief. If you are going through menopause you should use the phytoprolief.
My favorite is the aromatherapy. There are three aromassentials: awaken, reactivate, and unwind. Each have their unique smell and duty. Awaken wakes you up with its wonderful smells of lemon and coriander. Reactivate has a blend of nutmeg and patchouli. While unwind has ylang ylang and chamomile to relax you. I love the awaken and unwind. If you want a good nights sleep, I would recommend a shower or bath with the unwind products and spray a little bit of mist on your pillow. I sleep soundly and through the night. It is wonderful.
FYI = for young individuals. Kind of catchy if you ask me. Here they have body cream and wash, and spray in three scents of mysterious, flirtatious, and ambitious. I like the mysterious. There is also make up for the eyes, lips and moisturizer.
Then there is make up for the big kids. It covers the face, eyes, cheeks, lips and color sets. There is liquid and mineral powder foundations, concealer, loose and pressed translucent powder. Eye pencils, shadows, brow wax, lash colour (mascara), blushers and makeup remover. You cannot forget the lips with sheer shine, lipstick, and pencils, prep and plump. If you know your skin tone, they have two sets to choose from for warm, neutral, and cool that include the colors you need for your face, but doesn't include the foundation. They have also introduced some new products in this area Feb 2008. I'll be learning more about them too.
There is a weight loss area too. It includes detox tea, protein shakes and a fiber shake. I like the tea and fiber shake. I think the protein shake is a little gritty, but have heard if you mix it with some fruit you don't notice it. Some people even make protein bars with it. There is also dietary supplements and loss chews. They have a vanish cream that is to help get rid of what we call cottage cheese thighs. A cream and scrub. There are vitamins for all ages kids, teens, men, and women. They come in a monthly supply. I've heard nothing but good things about them.
Some items that I think are really unique is the bio-nutria line. the have colon cleanse, joint formula, muscle massage gel, heart and leg vein formula supplements. My favorite is the herbal vapor soak and rub. It's great when you are congested. There is also a lip ointment that helps with cold sores. I like it better than Carmex which I have used for a long time. It heals in the same amount of time, but minus the puss and scabs I got with Carmex.
These are only some of the products by Arbonne. I have heard that it will go from 300 items to 500 items in 2008. I just wonder what new and wonderful products they will have in store for us. Most of the product lines come in sets if you wish to start with those and than replace individual items as you go. Also in Aug/Sept they come out with a Holiday line which has seasonal items like, salt scrubs, body butters, in different scents. Wondering what new scents they will have this year.
Now that I have bored you with the products. If you go online to www.arbonne.com you will see the suggested retail prices and what the items look like. This is what you would pay if you bought them directly from Arbonne. If you would like to receive a 35 to 50% discount on these items, you can email me with a way to contact you to give you further information. Please include your name, what you are interested in, and if you want me to call a number (USA only) and a good time to call. If you don't live in CA I need to know your time difference. If you live in another country, you can still email me. Arbonne is also sold in Canada, UK, and Austria now. Arbonne is going to expand in 2 different countries each year for the next nine to ten years.
I hope you have learned something new today about a wonderful product that is working on making your life better and healthier for all ages.
