Happy New Year all. Hope you had a nice ending to 2007. I went to Legoland for the first time. It was pretty cool. I thought I had updated this already only to find out that I was wrong. Well, I have done it now and will hopefully be better at updating it this year. I started a new job. I know get weekends off. It is nice. I get to have a social life again and not worry about my days off changing as well as my hours. It's wonderful. I am proud to say that I will be graduating this May with my 2nd, yes I said 2nd two year degree. I cannot wait.
I am hoping to get a new business going for myself this year. It is called Arbonne. I really like the product because it is vegan friendly and never tested on animals or has products or by products of animals. It also doesn't have mineral oil in it. A bad thing for the skin. It's the #1 cause of aging of the skin. So check out my write up, visit the website and see if this is something for you. I can pass on my discount to you or show you how to become a consultant yourself so you can always get it at a discount price whenever you want.
I cannot wait till next week. I get to go to Disneyland for the first time this year. It seems like it has been too long. Got to love this holidays I don't have to work anymore. I got to ride the new Nemo ride last time and liked it. This February won't be like last years at Disneyland, but I will have fun going with 2 of my friends. I've been hiking every weekend so far this year except one because it rained. Been hiking at Daily Ranch again. I've adventured to other trails this time and enjoy them. I cannot wait until I get my taxes done. I'll be able to pay off some smaller bills and put the rest in savings for a rainy day. Here is to a better year.
Okay, I've been in Clothes Free TV now for Nudes in the Nudes. It's a lot of fun being a nudes caster. I have made new friends and traveled to nudist resorts I've never been too. I went to Mira Vista Resort for the first time and look forward to seeing all the improvements they have planned. Lots of condos. Been at my new job now for 2 months. I enjoy it, but don't really like the 8 to 5 working hours. Doesn't leave much time to work out after hours. So I've been walking during my lunch time to get some exercise. Still learning new things about Arbonne and looking forward to April when they send out a new catalog. I'm wondering what new items they are going to have in it. They keep adding new things every month so far this year.
I forgot to mention that I'll be doing the CIty for Hope Breast Cancer walk again this year. I believe it will be my 5th year in a row doing this. Come join me and make a difference in the world of Breast Cancer. I have lost a few friends to it over the years. Once this year.
Wow! Can you believe that the year is just flying by? June is almost here. Summer weather hasn't yet arrived, but I'm sure we'll be wanting cooler weather when it gets warm. I'll be heading to Summer Festival at Glen Eden the first full weekend in June. Should be a lot of fun. So for entertainment I've been watching Padres Baseball. On Sunday, they played a 6 hour game, 18 innings and Padres won! Way to go Padres. I'm hoping to go to a few games over the next few months. I went to Disneyland on Memorial Day. It was crowded, but not that bad. Been changing my commute to work this month. I've been taking the Sprinter to get to work. It is less than half of what I spend in gas a month to ride it vs. driving my car. So I'm all for it. I want to go camping in Utah and go visit some National Parks and go hiking in them, but gas is keeping me here at home. Everywhere I drive now, or ride the train, I see gas prices over $4.00 a gallon. I've heard it's more in other countries, but we are so use to getting spoiled here in the USA. With the economy right now, everything is getting more expensive and budgets tighter. Looks like I still have some more school to do before I can gaduate. I wish they would have said something a little earlier vs 8 days before graduation. I guess I still need one Health class to graduate with a 2yr. Maybe in the Fall. I did the Breast Cancer walk this month with my good friend Tonya and my God Daughter Sydney. It's hard to believe she'll be 3 in July. Time flies. Enjoying my most recent bible study. We are reading a book by Max Lucado called Experiencing the Heart of Jesus. I really like it and have learned a lot. Still more to go in this book. I still haven't tried my new mountain bike I got. The weather has been to hot, wet, or I've been away for the weekend. So maybe this weekend will be the one. I would also like to get back into hiking on a regular basis. I think I will end it here for now. I have things to do around the house and work to get ready for tomorrow. Till next time.
Well, hard to believe June is almost over and Summer is officially here. I've seen a few movies this year. I've seen Indiana Jones newest movie. It was good, but not like the first three movies. I've seen Narnia's Prince Caspian. That was really good and I'd see it again in the theaters. Lots of stuff goes on. I have also seen Sex in the City movies. If you like the series, you'll like the movies. I cannot wait for it to go on DVD. The weather has been extremely hot these last few days. It's been in the 100s here in San Diego. So I have been at home with the a/c going. Still haven't gone to Petco Park and watch the Padres play this year. I would like to do that before the season is over. I finally started going back to the gym to get back into shape. I even went for a bike ride at Lake Hodges heading East. The trail is still closed because of the fires we had last year. I would have gone this weekend, but it's too hot to ride. Next month my God Daughter Sydney will be 3 years old. It is hard to believe. I'm still wondering if I'll ever have kids before my window closes. My internet went down this past week. The phone companies filter broke down. So It's in the works to get everything back up and running.
